Damage not noted on this bill of lading at delivery, before the receiver signs, may not be accepted later. Keep a signed copy for each party.
How to use this BOL
- Fill in the carrier, load, origin and destination details (or print it blank).
- At pickup, write each vehicle with its VIN and any existing damage using the codes, then get the shipper’s signature.
- At delivery, inspect again, note anything new in the delivery column, and get the receiver’s signature before you unload the next car.
- Take photos of all four sides, the interior, the odometer and every damage spot. Photos plus a signed BOL are your best protection.
