How to use these tools

The calculators answer the questions car haulers ask every day: is this load worth taking, what does it really pay per mile once you count the empty miles to get there, and how much does the driver make on it. Type your own numbers and the results update as you go. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere, so you can try different rates and fuel prices freely.

The templates are for the paperwork every load needs. The invoice template adds your company details, VINs and totals, and the bill of lading has a condition report with damage codes and signature lines. Fill them in on your phone or computer, then print them or save them as a PDF to email to a broker or customer.

Who these tools are for

They are made for owner-operators, small car hauling fleets and dispatchers. Use them to quote a load before you call the broker back, to check a driver settlement, or to get a clean invoice and BOL out the door when you do not have software yet.
