Dispatch Autopilot started inside a working car hauling company, because the tools we tried were either made for general trucking or priced per seat.
Our story
We run car haulers out of Chicago. Every week we did the same things by hand: copying loads from load boards into spreadsheets, building invoices in templates, chasing brokers who paid late, and adding up driver pay at night before payday. Inspection photos lived in drivers’ camera rolls, and when a damage claim came in, we went looking for them.
So we built the system we wanted: one place for every load, trip, inspection, invoice and paycheck, simple enough for drivers to use on their phones and fast enough for the office. We use it to run our own trucks every day, and in 2026 we opened it to other carriers as Dispatch Autopilot.
